Bulgogi is a Korean dish that usually consists of grilled marinatedbeef. It cooked using traditional grilling techniques such as gridirons or perforated dome griddles that sit on braziers, unlike deep frying or boiling in water. Bulgogi is believed to have originated from Goguryeo. Whole cloves of garlic, sliced onions and chopped green peppers are often grilled or fried with the meat. This dish is sometimes served with a side of lettuce or other leafy vegetable, which is used to wrap a slice of cooked meat, often along with a dab of ssamjang, or other side dishes, and then eaten together. In picture 1, we may see lot of words, it seems like Chinese words. But actually, it express that "preserved fish" or "fermented fish in rice and salt" in Japanese Sushi culture. It symbolized something like good taste. The whole restaurant decorated with lots of Japanese object. Like the lantern in picture 2, it full of the Japanese language on their surface. It have much more different with Chinese lantern. The shape is different. Besides, the color of lantern is totally different. Chinese lantern always just have one color---RED. But in Japanese lantern, we may see that it have lot of different color. There are amount of different kinds of Sushi. Sushi not only is the one of delicious food in Japan, but also represents Japanese culture. Sushi is like a landscape, there is nothing more to remove. It displays the qualities of simplicity, ephemerality, and humility. It is undeniable that Sushi is one of the most important symbol of Japanese culture.
