Korean Bulgogi
add: 5532E Speedway Boulevard
Bulgogi is a Korean dish that usually consists of grilled marinatedbeef. It cooked using traditional grilling techniques such as gridirons or perforated dome griddles that sit on braziers, unlike deep frying or boiling in water. Bulgogi is believed to have originated from Goguryeo. Whole cloves of garlic, sliced onions and chopped green peppers are often grilled or fried with the meat. This dish is sometimes served with a side of lettuce or other leafy vegetable, which is used to wrap a slice of cooked meat, often along with a dab of ssamjang, or other side dishes, and then eaten together. Just like picture 4 that I took. In Korea's food culture, tableware is one of attractive part. It totally different with China and Japan. It have lot of different container that made of different materials. Like the bowl and chopsticks made of iron, also hot stone is one of container that full of fried rice. I m sorry that I just focused on food again, but it super delicious, I cant move my attention to any other things!!!!! Please must to have a try!!!!!!!!!!!!
